A short introduction.
I was born in 1980 in Groningen in the north of the Netherlands, father of one and brother of 2 sisters. I currently live close to Utrecht with my girlfriend and son. In my spare time i enjoy sports, riding my motorcycle, restoring our monumental house, history, travel and the good life. I love the outdoors and the mountains (that we don't have in the Netherlands)
Until corona, one of my passions the last 15 years is skydiving.

Carreer

Coaching colleagues and clients is a common thread throughout my career. Through sales, marketing, management and being commercial trainer I have found my path in startups and concept development, mainly in vitality, digital and behavior change.
I get energy from building (with) a team on new business strategies and concept pivots with a customer centric approach.

The basis of customer centric design is a corporate culture that is sincere and requires continuous engagement with customers and users. In my opinion the most fertile development soil is where experimenting and making mistakes is seen as the fastest way to grow.

Customer centric development

Over the years i have always been fascinated by new methods, models and tools that help to increase the value for the customer, time to market and optimise business models. In 2023 i finished the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme in business to prepare for the future of digital and data as this is one of the major changing fields of innovation.
