At KLM, my team and an extended project team worked on migrating our own-developed jobsite to the SAPSF RMK module, serving as both the internal and external jobsite. Beyond making the landscape more efficient and runnable with a leaner team, this also phased out several temporary work tools and platforms — giving employees and potential employees one KLM career marketplace.
